A Six Week Series
Great for all ages and walks of life, yoga is well known as a way of reducing stress, preventing injury while promoting vitality and mental health, increasing concentration, flexibility and strength, and most importantly allowing us to deepen our connection to the Peace within.
Join Us in this Introductory Course, as we discover the value of sound vibration through some chanting; explore the benefits of the asanas (poses) on the physical body, experience total relaxation of the body, breath and mind, and rediscover the peace within during yoga nidra (guided deep relaxation). We will continue to tone and purify the systems with pranayama (breathing techniques) and close the course in a balanced and loving way with an introduction to meditation. This series will give you all the tools you need to develop or continue your yoga practice and begin experiencing the benefits in your life!
Suitable for all experience levels, Beginners Welcome!
