Just want to post your event for free?

Go back to the home page and look for the green “Submit Event” button in the upper right corner. If you want help promoting your event that you’ve added to the calendar, read on.

Featured Events

For $1/day, your event can be promoted on the calendar. We have a slider with large images on top of the calendar, and your event will be featured there. (You pick this option and the dates when submitting your event.) You can feature your event for a day, three days, two weeks… your call. For $2/day, your event will be featured on top of the calendar and boxed/highlighted as well.

For $20/week, you can make your event the featured event at the top of the newsletter that is sent out to over 1,200 subscribers (and growing more and more each week).

Social Media Promotion

We offer a variety of social media packages. If you want a different package then what is listed, then please contact us at TotallyHoco@gmail.com and we can customize a package for your specific needs.

Currently, we offer three options to reach an even larger audience through our @totallyhoco twitter account and our TotallyHoCo facebook page with approximately 7,000 local followers: 1) a $28 for seven tweets, 2) a $96 for 24 social media posts + your event featured for 1-week and 3) a $149 option for 24 Twitter posts and 6 Facebook posts (select these options when uploading your event).

Auto-import your Events from Facebook

Save yourself time (and money): have us import into our calendar all your events that you’ve published on your Facebook page. The import pulls in everything you post, including your image, address, map, description and more. This service is $75 per year.

Annual Ad on Our Site

Reach our audience of local calendar viewers (mostly HoCo and Central Maryland) with an annual ad for $149 that shows up in our sidebar on the main calendar page. Details here. If you need us to design an AD for you, please email us at TotallyHoCo@gmail.com to discuss design and pricing.
